Free U.S. Standard Shipping On All Orders Over $100

Standard U.S. delivery time is 3–7 business days from the ship date, excluding weekends and holidays. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Processing Time

All orders placed before 5 PM CST are processed within 48–72 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please note: Processing time refers to order preparation before shipment, not delivery time.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, REIGNXOXO LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your tracking information shows a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim or investigate your package.

Order Issues / Damaged Items

If your order arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

Important Notes

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we are unable to make changes once an order has been processed.
