Free Canadian Standard Shipping On All Orders Over $225 CAD. All free shipping orders are DDP. Duties and taxes shown at checkout.
All Canadian orders are shipped via UPS or DHL with delivery times between 3-10 business days from ship date, excluding customs delays, weekends and holidays. Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Processing Time
All orders placed before 5 PM CST are processed within 48–72 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
Please note: Processing time refers to order preparation before shipment, not delivery time.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, REIGNXOXO LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your tracking information shows a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim or investigate your package.
Order Issues / Damaged Items
If your order arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
Important Notes
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
